This is just a means to fund their expansion project, force people to use their airport parking, and not a legitimate evaluation of the wear-and-tear and 'burden' of have airport shuttle services. Just ridiculous.

I am against adding taxes to parking shuttle companies for dropping people off at the PHX Airport, it's an unfair tax on the right to use a public utility open to all.

As a seasonal resident in the Phoenix area, I use the off airport parking options for my long term parking (month at a time) needs. The shuttle buses that provide access tot hose locations are a critical component of that service. That log term (months and more) parking service is not available at the airport.

A government agency should not try to take away lower cost options. It exists at the will of the public it serves and this is an abuse of its power.

Actually, any fee seems to be somewhat absurd. The bus drives up, drops off passengers, picks up others, the then leaves. How does this impose any cost on Sky Harbor?
Adding additional fees merely raises the costs for travelers and uses their taxing powers to limit competition. That is always bad.

You're proposed "use fee" for off airport parking lots imposes an unfair increase in their operational costs and would force them to increase their rates to uncompetitive levels or go out of business. This is an excessive and abusive governmental tax (probably illegal) and interferes with free market enterprise system. Many people, including myself, find the off airport parking more convenient as it drops us right at the front door of the terminals from which we are departing. For people like myself, who have disabilities and are unable to carry luggage, the off airport parking is much more desirable and your purposed tax is offensive.

This is ridiculous to charge off airport parking fees for dropping off travelers that park at their facilities. The airport obtain plenty of revenue from mjany other means.

Please consider the fair fee for off-airport parking companies, PreFlight and other off site ground transportation services provide a critical service for those of us who are frequent travelers.
