The Association for Excellence in Support Coordination is respectfully requesting that the Agency for Persons with Disabilities consider returning Allocation and Budget Control System, i.e. ABC access with regard to security clearance for updates and changes to Waiver Support Coordinators. It is the belief of this organization that without such access beneficiaries service delivery system is compromised.
