Dear Housing Company,

The students living on campus are making the humble request for a change to the tenancy conditions. At the moment we are to pay for a period of 1 year and this is quite costly. We do not always stay the entire year due to internships outside of Dronten and the Netherlands.

We thank you for providing us with accommodation during our stay. However, are internships often take place in other cities and countries. Thus, we have to simultaneously pay for 2 accommodations without using the other. We are asking that the renting period be changed from 1 year to 8 months. Individuals with internships can choose 8 months and those staying can choose a 1 year agreement.

We cannot afford the current agreement and we are appealing to you for a change in the tenancy agreement. Thank you for your time and consideration.
