I've called numerous things nes over my bill I pay for a electric bill and don not even live in my home so there are no lights on at all no heat on all that even runs is my refrigerator and my bill runs 250 and more

Bill is too high, shut us off without a warning for $170 that was gonna be paid in 2 days, when we first moved here 2 1/2 years ago, our bill ran us $70 a month.. now it has almost doubled, and the budget was a joke .

My power bill was 771. Wow they said it was a cold month BS it was not and they won't even look into it my heat has not hardly even been on and I don't keep any lights on

My power bill was almost 300.00 dollars last month, with all the warm days and a couple of power outages I don't see how it was that high ......... something is definitely not right.

I have electric that during winter months is just my lights n tv cause my heating n hot water etc is gas now can someone tell me how my bill is 120.-190.00 dollars a month for just lights n tv?? When for the past two winters my bill has been between 20- 50.00 and everything is the same in the home seriously how can this be happening??

AEP is raising rates to amounts that are very near close to unaffordable. They take advantage of knowing there is no other choice for electric power in our area and using customers to their advantage; especially during the winter season. Rates go up close to 65% annually and this abuse had to stop.

Even though I no longer live in Knott County I still own a house there that I rent and my house there has had every upgrade in insulation and windows and a brand new heat pump and my renters are paying over $500 a month in an area where jobs are scarce when I am living in Harrison County Ky and my highest power bill has been $190 and I keep my heat on 70 with my garage door leading from the garage to the inside of the house open at all times and my garage is not insulated well and my house is older built in 1978. And I have a unfinished basement that has no heat registers in. It's a shame that they are dealing with this!!!

I'm 89 years old and live on a very limited fixed income. These exorbitant electric bills are breaking me. Thank God above we haven't had a really cold winter so far!! This is ridiculous!!
