AEP Is LONG overdue to be reigned in... if any general competitive company was run like this crooked operation they would've been out of business long before they were shut down...

It is rediculous the amount they charge for electric service because they know your going to pay it or sit in the dark they have us over a barrel

Electric bill had close to 100$ in added on fees making it almost 400$ this isn't right why should I pay someone retirement plan

I had to pay a deposit because I built a new house even though I have been a customers for years. It is sad when my power bill in the winter is more than my gas bill. We have gas heat and a had hot water heater. It is absolutely ridiculous and we are being robbed.

I pay my bill using the average method aep has my bill is on average 225.00 per month there are at least 90$ in fees and taxes on it each time

They shut my power off because my mom had a bill with them she never paid. It was in my name not her's.

I told the power company a year ago my meter was bad they told me that they could check it in the office and it was fine i didnt stay in my home for over two months and my bill was over 500 a month and some months i was paying 2 bills a month so i got them to shut it off well a man from the power compant comes out the other day and said my meter was still running in the office after it has been turned off and tells me my meter is bad.
