It is absurd to keep raising the rates when you will not upkeep the utilities.

These bills are ridiculous and your company knows it. It's a shame that the older folks who live on fixed ingcome have to chose to pay their electric bills or buy their medication for the month. Give me a break. This is pathetic. Greed is what I smell!!!

Individuals shouldn't have such high bills. They actually need to read meters and not assume and just add unnecessary charges to their loyal customers. I know some elderly that struggle with paying their electric bill and getting their needed medications for their health. It's ridiculous!

I'm tired of the PSC giving constant increases to utility companies. My electric bill was $75 a month when I moved into my home in 2006. Last month my bill was $516. This is getting ridiculous.

I happily pay my power bill without additional charges, but I am forced to pay over $100 in additional charges that do not benefit me whatsoever.

Aep must absolutely be held accountable for these ridiculous price hicks. Theres no way people have the same daily home routine yet for 2-3-4 months of the year suddenly they get charged 400-$600 more for regular usage. This is unfair to anyone especially in such a low poverty low income area such as the state of Kentucky.
