This overpriced service needs to stop. Lower the price. It's ridiculous the prices we pay. Fix this problem AEP.

It's pretty sad that I'm afraid to run heaters when it gets cold and i bundle myself and the kids up instead because I can't afford to pay the large electric bills

There is no reason for electric to be so high...it's a shame when ppl have to make a choice between eating or staying warm :(
