We have worked all our lives only to find we don't draw enough Social Security to pay our power bill. Now what do we do about our other bills,our medicines and food.

I think its a shame how much AEP charges us for taxes 150.00 dollars just in taxes poor people cant get ahead its hard enough just trying to make it

Prices are rising and we have no options for our electric usage. AEP has a monopoly and is the only electric company to supply electricity for Williamson, West Virginia.

AEP is out of control. People are leaving because of high power bills. Do we eat or pay power bills? Plus someone's retirement is being paid by us.

too many extra charges on the bill every month and when u call and ask why so high if its around christmas its always blamed on the the christmas lights rather u put any up or not bunch of crap. seems like everytime i turn around they are charging me an extra deposit but they cant seem to tell me where the deposit i paid several times went too

Those of who are lucky enough to still have a job in this area, most of the wages have been cut or their employers won't give the, 40 hours. What they have put on us, all the add on charges are outrageous and should be stopped.

I don't think it is fair that the customers are having to pay for the conversion from coal to gas.
