They charge a ridiculous amount and keep getting rate increases however out service never gets better the lines are not matienced , I have electric poles on my property that I am just waiting for us to get the right wind storm to being them down. We are always without power and it takes them forever to get it turned back on.

I have a 400 .00 bill for the month of December it's more than my car payment , who can afford to pay that , something needs to be done about their rates , they charge us just what they want and we have to pay no matter what , I hope something is done soon

Don't use electric heat and our bill was over $260.00 last month. Just 3 of us in the house.

My bill has greatly increased even though it's not been that cold here and I've had my thermostat off half of the winter. When you call and ask them about it they are rude and they've refused to send me break down of my bill which I requested.

Power bills are out of control. People are having to chose between paying their bill and feeding their children. How could you even think of doing this to people? I don't how you sleep at night knowing the suffering you are causing people. People who are barely making it this day and time. Heartless!!!

Moved here from SC last year and my electric bill here in Ky is 4 times higher than SC. May need to go back to SC.

I think they are legal crooks. I work for a public utility and we would never do this
