AEP is out of control!

To high and it never used to be and don't do anything different.

It's called price gouging!!!

450 electric bills are absolutely outrageous.

My electric bill has doubled for no apparent reason as for many others I know.

I live on a small income. My Electric bill has doubled in January 2017. I will not be able to keep up with the increase..

Some of these power bills are as much as ones check... there is no way ppl can pay bills and eat or even travel to Dr appointments. There has got to be a way to lower these bills.

After calling about my bill and speaking to a supervisor named "Dorothy" she repeatedly told me the additional charges were just "the cost of doing business". I told her I felt like that it was a choice that they were passing all the costs on to the customer and although I could pay my bill others were having to choose between power(heat) and food, medicine, necessities for their families. She repeated, "this is just the cost of doing business".

Our electric bill has been going higher and higher but in January and February they always seem to be doubled. Our bill this month was double from last month but mysteriously only $5 lower from last January when it actually snowed and was cold. Aep you need to be responsible for your actions.

This stinks !

Outrageous prices just to keep the heat on and live.

I am a single mother and this increase is beyond my budget. I do not have cable, phone lines or anything but electricity is a necessity.

we need help. rates our out of control.

My bill has doubled and no one at AEP would tell me why.

I hardly am home. My bill goes up every month. you call and ask why, they come up with some lame excuss.

The rate increase is making it hard on working families...some have to choose whether to pay the $400 electric bill, that was far less than that last month, or food for their family. It's out of hand and something needs to be done!! Business is business, but just because you're the only provider in an area and we have to have power, doesn't mean you run us in the ground.

Please stop over charging

Something is wrong somewhere; this is getting ridiculous - my power bill has been 500 for the past two months without using oven or my dryer!! Thermostat cut back to 64.

Thanks for putting us out if business aep. Power bill was running 200 and jumped to 800 so we had no choice but to close. Thanks alot!

My power bill doubled in one month ! , & it wasn't very cold at all.
