Aep needs to stop my bill jump to 200 more in a month with no one being there !, nothing being used they are ripping people off my mom has gas stove and water tank gas heat the only thing she uses is a lamp and tv don't tell me she used 187dollars worth

This is ridiculous....if they were another company we could choose I am sure everyone would switch except for the ones who work for the company that has retirement there,because we the people are paying theirs and can't even afford retirement for ourselves...

I went from a $189 bill to $389 just because we had a cold snap for a week.... that's insane! And even though I've been at the same address for 8 yrs, because my husband left me, I now owe a new account deposit!

I have always disliked the way AEP has operated. now this...messed up. when u get a disconnect for $64 while other people have $500 bills months late.

They screwed us over by adding my brother power bill on to ours, then put a low voltage meter because we reused to pay the high bill which was added on to are bill

My bill raised over $200 in one month at my current home and raised $80 at my former home which is currently vacant! I have called with no answers.

My actual electric bill was less than $300. By the time they added all the additional charges it was over $400.

There needs to be another power company. This monopoly is robbing us. Also, they need to find alternate ways of producing power like windmills. Wind is free...
