It's ridiculous that I live in a single wide trailer and the heat is on off and we are using a propane heater to warm our house and my electric bill is still 350.00!!!

The bill we received for December services was outrageous. We did not decorate outside, plugged in our tree only once and used secondary gas heat when it was below 45 degrees outside. We made many efforts to conserve energy and still had a $500 bill. AEP cannot continue to raise rates and gouge customers who have no other energy choices.

Tired of paying 30% more on my electric bill every winter my house stays 65-70° don't do nothing no different during the spring and summer but when winter hits jumps up $100 more why?

Something needs to b done with aep. People can't afford to pay for our electric billls and pay for there problems to. Paying for there retirement and having to pay for plants being tire down should not be our responsibility.

People fro other parts of the state can't believe what we pay for electric 2/3 of my payday goes to pay AEP my bills are 30% highter every winter. I turned off my electric heat and used a wood stove it was still 679 dollars for a month

I'm a Disabled Homeowner and your rates and fees has almost broke me in more ways than one! I got a Disconnect notice the yellow one and then noticed in my bill you Charged me 13$ just to hang on My Door????...I can't pay your ridiculous Prices and if something don't change others are going to rally against you all and by goodness we Will Be Heard and Not Bullied! !!!

I am sick of the corruption that is AEP. Their abuse of the people of Southeast, Kentucky has been allowed to go on for far too long. Stand up and fight them until they close their doors.
