We should not have to worry about how high our next electric bill will be! AEP should NOT have the authority to raise and lower our bills at their convenience and adding random fees and charging us for all these extras. Our community struggles enough as it is, we don't need to worry about our power being shut off as well.

Always increasing rates, and with not so many jobs it's getting harder and harder to pay the bills especially when we are getting robbed by money hungry companies with no competition!

They have been overcharging my mother and father for years and years. They barely get by on disability and it always takes at least one of their checks if not both, to pay their power bill. Pathetic. They need to eat too. But AEP does not care

If you have a vacant house in Knott county, and a house you live in on Scott county and the power bill is more in Knott county. Something is wrong.
