I live in eastern where Obama killed all the jobs and ppl are struggling jus to survive.. Ppl here jus can not pay these high powerbills.. It's taking everything they we have jus to pay the powerbills something has to be done to lower them!!

I heat with wood , there is no electric heat in my house and it's always $200.00 or more a month when I call and try to explain this to them they say I must have a short some were well if I had a short that bad my house would of burnt down by now ,,, it's shameful if you ask me they should be paying customers back what they have stole

They know that there is no competition and they take advantage of that and someone's pockets are getting fatter... when you know that you have done nothing different and your bill doubles and you call them and they do nothing... angry!!!

AEP with all the additional fees are breaking everyone up. The electric bill without the fees are already higher rates than other companies. They shouldn't have a monopoly

They is something up with this company our heat has been off several times, and turn down to 69 and more lights have been turned off. Highest electric bill I've seen since we lived here.. And the people round me its unreal how much theirs is. I don't see how they can do people this ways and exspect people pay that much .. They should have pay some money back to us...

The price we are having to paid for electricity is too high. My bill went up $100 this month and we had more warm days than cold days.

I knew our bill was way to high last month cause we are hardly ever home just enough to sleep and shower and work. So they need to be figuring it out and give some my money back.

I live next door to AEP in a 2 bedroom singlewide, and my electric bill is literally more than my house payment. $400 for last months bill and I dread seeing my next one. And they always send me mail stating that I use 80% more electric than the people surrounding me. I only have 1 light that I run through the day and my thermostat is set on 70, and I have plastic over all of my windows for the winter to help hold heat in and keep cold out. How is it that I'm always using more than others when I'm constantly conserving? AEP are thieves!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Skipping grocery shopping to feed my kids so i can pay my electric bill should NOT and NEVER be an option but too many times i have done just that! SHAME ON YOU AEP!

keep thermostat on 64 and stay bundled up and electric bill is still $520. 4 years ago thermostat was set on 68 and was $320
