All the extra charges and riders on my bill are almost $100! It's ridiculous that we have to pay them. People can't afford all these charges. They need to take those charges off. My mothers extra charges were over $100. She is 82 yrs old and on a fixed income. People have to decide if the way to be able to eat or stay warm! NOT FAIR!

Families on a budget can't afford these outrageous power bills. Have to let some bills go in order to pay the power bill so that it's not cut off.... my daddy is on oxygen and can't go without it. This is so sad for the American people.

Funny how they said switching from coal to gas would be cheaper but yet our bills have raised n we lost all of our coal jobs. What a joke n a monopoly they r running

We have natural gas heat. Not using our heat pump at all and our bill was $300 last month. Same as it was last year using a heat pump. How can that be right? It's not!!!
