We need our state legislature and congress to hold hearings on the high cost of electricity in Eastern Kentucky and other places. My electric bill takes a huge part of my retirement even though I try to conserve energy. We need help from our elected representatives.

If the power company stop giving money ,to schools, theater, hospital and boom truck and pay to display bulbs at Wal-Mart ,economic development ,sponsor weather, news on the local t.v. buy you old frig.COME ON THIS IS THE CUSTOMERS MONEY. I believe the Public Service Commission should done a better job.They take a deaf ear to the customer . Evertime the psc grant a raise ,the power company give a scholarship.they put thief in jail.

Just in December my bill was over $500. Can't afford to pay it so I let it laps till the next month. Now it a $1000. Now I'm being sent a termination notice. My bills are already tight as they are. Can't afford these rates.

AEP overcharges. Almost everyone I know gets hit with a $600+ bill right after Christmas because they never send anyone out to actually read the meters. Not until after Christmas. I have seen families fall because of this.

Passing along costs to your customers is outrageous! When post profits like crazy and pay your executives way way way beyond well and the vast majority of your end of the line is trying to figure out how to keep their house heated and the lights on and eat. A decision no one should ever have to make.

Our recent AEP bill came extremely higher than usual and is out of control and we have gas heat! What on earth is AEP charging us this much for???

We can barley afford to eat, our county is one of the poorest in KY and you all change rediuiols prices for power, God have mercy on you all .

These rates are out of control. I have family in Lexington that pays approximately a quarter of what my bill is monthly.

In Jenkins Ky we also have to pay a franchise tax
The fees are as much as the bill or more!
