I use propane for heat and they just assume that I would have been using electric heat and gave me a 305 dollar electric bill, they cannot just assume what our bill is.

It's ridiculous that our power bills is so high when your on a fixed income you have to choose to either pay a ridiculous high power bill or food meds exc for your family shame on you

My bill goes up every month and we have been trying to use less so it won't be so high but the more we try the higher the bill goes just not fair.

Power bills are out of control. I keep mine set at 72 and have for years.. I served 10 years in the military and was stationed in Colorado.. Its way colder there and i never paid over 250 for my power.. Here in eastern Ky I typically pay 400 to 550 every month.

People can no longer afford electricity without sacrificing medicine, food, clean water or other basic necessities. The Public Service Commisuon should have put a stop to rising electric bills a long time ago. If PSC were elected instead of appointed, this would have already been stopped.

They send me paper work saying I use more electricity than a house the same size as mine. Then I re-insulate my whole house and the next year they still say I'm using more electricity than a home the same size as mine. Ridiculous! Very shady company that believes we don't know how to compare and contrast are own monthly electric bills.

Tired of paying ungodly power bills due to all the add on charges. Use a generator and still received a 400.00 power bill?
