I was charged nearly $90 in fees/taxes/adjustments ALONE! Not to mention the rest of it is well over $150 more than its EVER BEEN.
You are taking full advantage of your customers! Especially, since what you provide is a Necessity!

AEP needs to be taken down a peg or two; charging these outrageous fees is ridiculous and hard for everyone to pay!

They electric is way to high. My bill just kept going up and up. My very first bill when I got it turned on at my new house was 17$ and in a month it from 17$ to 150$. Its ridiculous and high way robbery.

They should give people a little break if they are behind a a few days don't threaten to discount. People red electricity and are gonna pay their bill! Sometimes life happens and we don't have the money this month but we will next month!

Why are we getting charged the Big Sandy Retirement Rider, Environmental Adj. and all these other charges.....HEAP is added to everyone's bill and then they turn around and ask for you to help with that.....don't you think you get enough money......I would like for somebody to put into my retirement fund....We have $100 added to our bill just for taxes.....RIDICULOUS.......

My elec bill is 150 more then usual and ive barely used any electric this month, my heat is gas and there was over 100 in taxes and charges.....

These prices are crazy. I use has to hear with and still getting 200.electric bills and last year this time they weren $400 please explain, plus it hasn't even been cold and people are paying bills $600 and higher. We have families to feed.

AEP is a joke! We (me and ny 16 month old) went 3 weeks in the dead of winter without elecrtic. All due to "miscommunication". I was very and still am very disgusted and displeased. I literally lived on the phone with "AEP" for 3 weeks. They sent no disconnection notice, no knock at the door, no phone call, no mail, no NOTHING. We just moved in and not even a month later we have no electic. I paid the bill not even 2 hours after it being shut off and finding out what the issue was and went 3 weeks with no electric. They sure were quick to take my money and leave me and my daughter with no electic but getting it back on was like pulling teeth.
