I agree wholeheartedly my bill has been over 300$ since last spring and the budget thing is suppose to help me save money. Nobody ever comes to my house to check the meter trust me my three 250pd Timberwolves would let me know

There will be people freezing to death if their prow is cut off due to raise in their bills. Something must be done before we are like folks in big cities where nobody caries for them. Hope this doesn't happen in our mountain

Our electric bill is 500.00 to over 600.00 there are only 2 people here. I work 6 days a week. My wife is bed fast. We only have 2 loads of laundry a week. How can it be that high?

It's pathetic that they are allowed to do this. Mine right now is the highest it's ever been & the next one is higher. There is no way a person can pay bills like that just because they know they can is why they do it!!!!!!!

It is very sad that AEP is spiking the prices up on customers. With the economy like it is and family's struggling a double or triple bill should be the last thing anyone should have to worry about

My husband and I fight with them almost monthly over our bill and I've been in tears many times because of them. We're having the same problems in Ohio with them! What they're doing should be illegal! They need to be held accountable for the way they treat their customers who have no choice but to use their services. They are taking advantage of the middle class families who WORK everyday to provide for their families! We can't and never will be able to get ahead as long as these big companies keep treating us like this. Where are their morals?
