I also don't understand how my bill keeps increasing when I have decreased in using electricity. I have turned ceiling fans off, unplugged anything with a light or clock on it, not used my dryer and I heat and cook with gas. Something isn't right!!

AEP is ripping people off! My electric bill jdoubled from $250 to over $500 dollars for the month of December. The only thing different was a small six foot Christmas tree with lights on in the evening only! There is no way I used over 4000 units!!

All these thing that we are paying.on our AEP.Bills is on real.my bill was 1 hundred 47 dollars.With all these chargesit was 2 hundred an11 dollars.

I have never had my electric disconnected and they wanted me to pay a deposit just to get an extension!

I have both electric and gas yet my electric bill in the winter is higher than that of my parents and my grandparents.....both of whom have all electric. Not to mention, I have a very small, 2BR, 1BA home & my grandparents have a huge 2 story home. Makes no sense to me!
