They first put a cut off notice on my meter for $112 bill that wasn't even 30 days past due then charged another deposit. Now their charging outrageous fees every month. $40 in fees is rediculous

I think that it is pathetic of all the taxes that they charge people on their power bill and also every winter my power bill triples.i think something needs to be done about this because it's nothing but abusing people.

We had burnt our wood burner every day for the month if December except for the days the temperature was warm enough to do without heat...only had up a xmas tree and one set of outside lights and my bill still ran higher than the previous month ...outrageous

Our bill has gotten outrageous, nearly $700 for a month!! We haven't increased our usage, but they've certainly increased their costs! Something needs to be done.

My bill has gotten ridiculous lately. We got a new heat pump in April and I thought something had to be wrong with it, but there's not, just rates wildly out of control :(

How many more charges are you going to hit us with? The next charge going to be for toilet paper increase so you can recover the cost to wipe your ass.
