Have raised my bills and rates even though I'm using less electric power and using gas. They don't care about us. They charge you for your electricity an outrageous price and amount of use even when your using less and know it. This Christmas I didn't put up any lights just to see and wasn't home most of the months of November, December, and January and was charged more than last year when decked out house with lighting from end to end. Bunch of Bullcrap.

I think power bills is out of control.people is struggling to pay them.they are charging to much.they don't come out and read meters.they guess at them.

They are also out of control in West Virginia. I don't think they even read the mentors here. They just charge whatever and you either pay it or the power is shut off.

Bill went from $52 in November, $128 in December & $308 in January, Premier, WV & no cold weather or snow hardly at all..Not hardly home & when home heat is on 68 & when gone it's turned off..No Christmas Tree or lights here either..

To many extra charges and the bill keep going up and I use the same applicants everyday.. sometimes I don't use anything hardly the bill still goes sky high..raping people..

I live in a little town in WV called Glen white and they are doing it to us too and they won't even work with u if u are behind 100 dollars I work hard to make sure my bills are paid and it's like a never ending thing with the power

They have hiked bills up so bad people cant hardly afford them. Even when you get it paid they raise it more. I think something needs done about them. It is so bad places for help to pay bills aren't able to help because they don't have enough funds. So something really needs done.

Heat on 65 last month, and only a refrigerator on. No occupants in home during last billing cycle. Bill was $270+. Approx. $70 was in "extra" charges. Lived In secondary home in Northern Kentucky same month. Heat set to 72, lots of showering, laundry, etc. Bill $276 and only sales tax additional. AEP needs to be investigated quickly!!
