It's a down right shame that AEP forced my hand to get wire ? Insurance!!! An extra 4.99 a month! It's crazy!! And paying over double for just one month of electricity is outrageous!! From 200.00 to 450.00. In one month it jumped that much!! This needs to stop! We can barely keep our heads above water to survive at this day and time. Please do something to lower your rates so the "small" person can make it in this area. Don't force our hand to move! We love Eastern Kentucky and so do our kids.

Its hard enough to live on a fixed income and it seems like they keep sending crap in the mail to cover this and that. Extra money for them. They don't care!

My power bill went from around $140 in the summer to $440-$457 the last two months, I've got a brand new a/c heating system & there's no way in this world my bill should be that high, I only keep my thermostat set on 69 degrees & I'm running a gas fireplace, I'm sick & tired of paying these prices, I didn't ask to switch over from coal that was aep's choice not mine!!!

You all make it impossible to Feed my kids and pay other bills all the taxes are RIDICULOUS I just had to pay a. 1200$ power bill for a 3 bedroom double wide!!!! Thank you for taking food out of my children's mouth!

My bill has gone up 100.00 since January 1st... REDICULOUS !!Most people in eastern kentucky are on a fixed income barely making ends meet including myself. WHY DO WE ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RICH TO GET RICHER !!!

I am using less electric yet my electric bill is way more. I don't understand why like any other company they can not take their billion dollar profit and pay for new equipment and other expenses.
