My bill jumped 200$ in December? Never been this high an nothing changed jus a tree burning for three hrs a night while other lights were out. It's bad they need to bring prices bak down.

My electric bill is $200 more than it has been in the last 3 years, even though it has been an extremely warm winter and we have not had to use much heat at all. AEP has no explanation for this!

If electric bills are this high now wait until we really get a cold month. Nobody will be able to pay their bills. It's ridiculous! Mine is almost $500 and I have coal heat!!

They overcharge me too. They are nice about tho and send me a newsletter telling me how much more electric I use than my neighbors then proceed to tell me to change out my appliances. Give me the money AEP and I'll definitely do that!!

Not only are they charging us insane rates they are hitting us for Big Sandy retirement cause they closed down a plant and have us paying for it.

Our bill doubled last month on both the homes we pay the power bill for, the one sits empty most of the time and normally runs $60 a month, this month it was $200. Our home went from $128 to $250. Something has to be done! No one can afford these rates in today's economy!
