I don't know of anyone that can afford these high power bills. When your power bill is as much or more than your house payment something is very wrong.

We shouldn't have to pay all these extra charges.... retirement,their switch over parts, etc etc one month there was over $150 of just charges for stuff that has nothing to do with what I use

Same thing with cable companies owning cable lines and picking and choosing for you. Should all be illegal and shame on AEP!

December we were renting a house to remodel our home & was only ther to sleep & the powers bill was $550.00 for that month when I figured it would be less than $200.00 so that's why I'm signing this. My opinion was it was estimated.

Tired of you getting raises and charge and arm and a leg.. This is out of control and someone needs to fix these issues for all american who can't afford to pay these high bills

What they charge us is ridiculous and they do it because they don't have any competition and it's either pay it or have no power. Something needs to be done with AEP!!!

My power bill was $300 and I only make 8.75 a hour that's a whole payday for me and not counting all my other bills I live in a two bedroom single wide .. noway my power bill isn't !300 when it's never been over $130

I live in southern wv for 2 years my power ranged from 250 to 300 a month. Jan 1 2017 I received a bill stating I owed 673 for one month of service. How, how is this possible and they said rates were never raised we had used twice the amount of power that month than any month prior in 2 years I don't think so

No way I'm using as much as I'm getting charged for. My fathers bill was $1400. Yeah how do you expect someone to pay that?
