Even if my bill is paid up in full, when my next bill comes around it is always a disconnect notice with all the "appropriate late and misc. fees". This rustles my jammies.

It's getting harder an harder to pay these outrageous bills.. They no we need power especially in the winter months, so they up the rates knowing we have to pay it.. It's to the point do I pay the rent or my power bill

Currently, my mothers bill is $1,300+, if AEP is over-charging their customers, it needs to be stop immediately!

I host a Black Lung page and help Disabled and Elderly People . Due to any those charges on Their Power Bill some are having to make the choice to pay that and do without food and Medicine . Please Consider this and stop these charges. Would You want this to be Your Loved ones.........

My electric bill has been running 6 n 8 hundred a month which is crazy im a single parent 2 kids and one that has MS its hard to pay bills like that n still be able to get my child back and forth to all her drs appointments....

The additional charges are out of hand you should be using at least some of your profit to cover your expenses you are occurring to run your profitable business
