AEP has done this for years time for them to stop over charging their customers in all areas. Makes it hard for single families like myself to afford to keep other bills payed because electric is so high

My electric bill is out of control. We actually started hearing with propane heater to bring our electric bill down, but has not lowered. Very infuriating!

My bill went from 180.00 to $400.00 this is ridiculous. Haven't done nothing different but, use less electric. Not is wrong either...

They don't do an actual reading in the winter time and it's ridiculous. My power bill went up 100 dollars each month I have don't know why we don't do anything different. This is so ridiculous.

I think its rediculous that my grandmother can't even afford to pay her bill, because they charge whatever they think it should be .. Someone that brings in 753 dollars a month can not pay a 584.00 power bill and pay her rent and other bills too for gods sake ..

My electric bill doubled this winter to what it was last winter. Last winter was so much colder and we definitely used more electricity then. AEP takes advantage because they have no competitors to compete with and they know people need electricity. So very sad!

I've never had to pay a deposit for switching my electric from one name from another now it's automatically $300 REDICULOUS !!!

My electric bill was $800 .Last year it was $1200 for the same time period and never got below $700 for the next several months .

Bill went up $100 from the same period last year not to mention I used less Kwh this year. Ridiculous!
