I think it's a shame how they just charge what they want I barely make $800 a month and my bill is over $400 a month how's people suppose to live

Most everyone I know have astronaical electric bills. Myself included. My house is approx. 2200 Sq ft. We only heat half of that with electricity. Our bill inDec. More than doubled and Temps. Weren't that bad. I also did not have on Christmas lights.. which is what they say is typically what causes the surge. With continuing escalated cost, no one can afford it!

My electric bill went up 250 dollars last month. I am paying over 600 to heat my house and it is still cold in my house. My thermostat does not go above 67 degrees. It is ridiculous!!!

I think AEP has done people wrong ,,they keep raising the power bills on people I think they owe people money back .when they need to buy new equment we are the ones that pay for it that is wrong ,,people on a small check has to chosen between pay elec or buy heart meds to live ,,,if you don't pay elec they shut it off ?so what is a person to do

my dad's power bill was over $900 this month...for ONE month!..over $300 more than last month!
