AEP has to stop robbing its customers! There needs to be cuts to the rates before we can't afford power anymore!!

Bill has gone up every month for the past six months, despite my best efforts to unplug everything, change light bulbs to energy efficient, and not use the heater or air conditioner. It makes no sense.

My bill is always ridiculously high and it constantly increases without us using a tremendous amount more power. I don't think one household should be paying more than $300 during the winter months. I've had an electric bill that was $700 before and AEP wouldn't even help me with it. The price is out of control and this should be illegal to charge people this much!

Our electric bill tripled for no reason what so ever! A friend's home that is unoccupied with just enough heat on to keep the water from freezing tripled also. Ridiculous!!!

They have a bill in my name for 1,000 dollars and I've never had power in my name and just tells me there's nothing they can do about but would you like to make a payment

Please consider all the concerns of people that have aep as their power company I myself have aep and feel as if we pay way to much for power and it is unfair for them to estimate bills as well! Thank you for you consideration!

My electric bill went from 174 to 284. Almost 100 dollars in taxes was added to my bill. That's ridiculous.
