AEP SUCKS!!! They say I jumped up from using 34kWh of power a day, an average of around $3 and some change...to 60kWh of power a day an average of about $12 and some change a day...when my entire house would fit inside the oval office...I'm paying business rates...it's sad that the utility companies see rate changes when the economy is failing and people are struggling...news flash your the only power company in our region...everyone that has service with AEP should all van together and flip the main breaker at the same time and leave it off for 24 hours...get they'll see how much money is lost in a days time...but then they would probably get another rate increase to compensate for it, and our bill would just increase again!!!

AEP have gotten way out of hand. I live alone and have had up to five hundred in a months bill in a four room house. They know we have to pay or. Be turned off.Something needs to be done.

We do not have electric heat and our bill was $269.00 for the month of December even with the mild winter. Something is terrible wrong here. It has never been this high.

In the past month my electric bill has doubled and nothing has changed within our household. We get no sort of helped from the government so I'm having a much higher electric bill has hurt us so bad this month!

I am pretty upset I owed 138.00 and thought I was on the way to getting it down to 0 again then I got a bill forDecember and now it is back up to over 400.00 I didn't even really use my Christmas lights this year the only lights were on the tree...last year they were everywhere but my bill didnt go up like it did this year..we live on a fixed budget that doesn't include 400.00 electric bills....rediculous

It's ridiculous!!!! I saw that on my bill months ago. I called and was told that's within there limits. I run a small business and I mean small, I just paid $1300 electric bill this month. It needs to stop!!!!! Like they don't make enough money to pay for those people that list there jobs!!!!shmm
