Whether it's celebrated continent wise or not, it doesn't matter. The fact the matter is Africa won that war. If Africa doesn't recognize as a continental victory, it's already in their heart and they are proud of it.
Ethiopia has done it and been celebrating it on behalf of Africa. And... The world knows it.
