To The Chairman Bar council Sir, I request you to add the following also in the memorandum. 1. All the lady advocates should be given BPL cards. ( In taluk places it helps a lot) 2. All those lady advocates who have completed 50 years of age or 25 years of practice ( which ever is earlier) should be made eligible to get total amount from the Advocates' Welfare Fund.(now it is 35 years). 3.If any advocate who is not in a position to pay the annual subscription amount to Advocates' Welfare Fund, if they file an application, then, the Bar Council should consider that the applicant has paid the fee[11/05, 10:02 am] Renukadevi Deshpande Adv@ut Mtt: To The Chairman Bar council Sir, I request you to add the following also in the memorandum. 1. Sir,I am suffering from financial crisis.I m independently practicing advocate.I do not worked under any seniour counsel.I have my aged parents and i have my younger brother who is studying in 2nd puc i have to look after my younger brother and aged parents also...everything is depended under my professional income only... Hence I badly require financial need for entire day today life... I prayed to give me a financial help..
