This is a petition to start an Advanced Editing and Cinematography class at Biola University. Students would enter the class and then chose either focus: editing or cinematography. This will allow those interested in those areas to pursue advanced education. Options for advanced education for screenwriters and directors are available, but not for the areas of editing and cinematography. By providing education on these topics, students who are interested in them can gain experience and knowledge which can aid in future employment in the industry.
