My son plays for Wembdon , and it's not correct that kids can play there until 16 then if they wish to continue playing for wembdon and wish to play for adults they need to move and it's not fair that many of the youths has done all the fundraising to get the club where they are today , to be told they will not be part of the new community pitch , this is disgraceful and hopefully common sence will prevail

Hopefully common sense will prevail and these lads who have all contributed to the fund raising will be able to play rightly so in Wembdon!!

For my son having played for wembdon for a long time as a child and having been part of the fundraising process for the facility, i think its a great shame that he and his team mates are now not allowed to play on these amazing facilities as part of his adult team.

Many of this season's adult team including my son have been part of wembdon footbal club since they were very young & were also involved in fundraising for these facilities. It would be a shame not to let them be part of the finished project.

Came through Wembdon youth and now an adult player. Raised lots of money for the facilities I'm currently not able to use.

I do not play for the adult wembdon football team but another local club and I believe it would benefit the village if it was to be allowed access to the new brillaint facilities at 'the green'.
