I have submitted a formal request for information to the oversight committee regarding the current operational status of the Nova Central Telef. We are now preparing a detailed report on the service gaps to present during our upcoming meeting with the board.

The reach of this petition has shifted our position to a level where decision-makers are now formally acknowledging the conversation. I am currently finalizing the packet of documentation to present during our scheduled meeting with the board.

É uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Ninguém atende nunca, fiquei horas pendurado no telefone e nada de resolverem meu problema.

Ridículo esse atendimento! Precisamos de uma solução urgente porque assim não da pra continuar pagando por um serviço que não funciona.
