Dear Class of 2028,

As we are all well aware, law school is expensive. The last thing we need is to add unnecessary costs on top of what we already pay.

I bring my bid for 1L class treasurer following previous experience doing exactly this. I have served as an elected treasurer, as well as having worked at a bank for nearly two years. Arguably, the two most important aspects of being a bank teller involve knowing how to properly execute transactions and knowing how to detect fraud to protect our customers and their finances. I believe these skills can be instrumental in handling our class finances.

I promise to protect the financial interests of our class, and intend to do so with discretion and transparency. As treasurer, I will advocate to keep any and all events cost-effective, as well as ensure all funds are being responsibly utilized. Vote for me as our 1L class treasurer, and I’ll make sure more than our two cents are heard.
