ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! - ADEQUATE INTERNET SERVICES ARE A BASIC RIGHT

Since we moved into this area 8 years ago we have had every excuse under the sun from Eastlink as to why the internet is not working properly. A year ago after getting CRTC involved the system worked ok, but not great, for about 9 months then it went back to it's old ways of continually dropping. I now have my system back "working" again after 2 months of constantly having to call them. I agree enough is enough.

We need to have access to other internet providers!! The service we receive now is not acceptable!!!!

Please help us with the internet, we are paying a very good amount of money for a very poor internet service in Bluepoint, Thanks

Right now,it seems that Internet costs keep going up, while reliability deteriorates. A modern essential communications infrastructure is clearly needed. SWIFT has started implementation - our leaders need to lobby SWIFT decision makers to ensure our area is at the forefront of the implementation list and has meaningful access to choice of internet providers and competitive rates.

Inconsistent internet isn’t good enough. For the rate we’re paying it should be fast and dependable.

Only one person at a time can use our internet Very frustrating. I was told by easlink to buy a bigger modem. I bought the best one for $400 at best buy that covers 5,000 sq ft house. Only improvement was range , not speed. Please help
