My daughter will begin driving to school next year and quite frankly this area if Olathe is terrifying. There needs to be more lanes and better traffic control. Please do the traffic study during school months, not during the summer.

The city needs to act before someone is killed. There is nothing worse than "memorial" traffic improvements, when the danger was obvious and the warnings were many.

This issue needs to be resolved quickly as the students at ONW are put at risk every time they drive to school.

Something needs to be done. I feel like I see an accident at least once a week on my way to work.

ONW -agree traffic is horrible and takes forever to get out of the school and it does concern me when my daughter starts driving her own car.

I agree with Denise regarding kids driving. My son is not thrilled about driving to school either, much less I avoid it if I can. The space in back on north side of building for pick up isn't great either. With people parking on both sides and kids trying to come out at the same time going west. I am suprised there aren't more accidents.

We have conciously not let our daughter drive to school when there was snow and ice because of this issue. It is too easy to have an accident to/from school anyway let alone with snow and ice to contend with.

This issue needs to be resolved for the safety of our children and a more effective and timely exit from the school grounds during peak travel times!

YES PLEASE fix this, it is a HUGE safety issue and one that i am frankly disappointed was not anticipated by the people/firm who designed the high school.
