This should make it safer for both cars and bicycles. Several times I have had cars unsafely pass me when I was on my bike and nearly collide with an oncoming car.

River Road is a lovely part of Louisville. I NEVER ride my bike on upper river road as it is too dangerous. I would LOVE to have a bike connection such that I can bike down river road, have a bite at one of several restaurants and bike home. Please make River Road safer for non-motorized traffic.

As you say, this plan isn't perfect. But I fully agree that this is a necessary step toward better and safer infrastructure for cycling in Louisville.

Let's move forward on this NOW. Previous plan was stonewalled by a neighborhood group, most of whose members are Florida residents.
