This a group request to have the team in charge of adding new reports in PWR that will allow us to view load times, ADT & extremes as they compared to last year. These reports would be the pcya stats where we could pull reports or view in real-time how we compared to last year at the exact same time for these metrics. This would give us an easy goal during every shift that we can strive to beat, which would ultimately help us improve our year-over-year service metrics.
