We are stunned to be in this situation!

With 10 months of respected experience, 1,500+ guests, 20,000+ room nights and countless standing ovations across social media, can you believe the acclaimed "local quarantine experts" have been left off the official government list of designated hotels? As a group we want to continue to serve the people of Hong Kong and help you through what is a challenging experience, now we are unable to do so. We cant seem to make sense why we have not been included and we need your help to try and address this.

The choice of accommodation during quarantine is your choice, and having a wide variety and quality array of properties to choose from should always be a priority.

Are we biased? Perhaps. So instead why don’t we let the following review just from the last month illustrate our dedication to taking care of our quarantine guests:

"Incredible service. Ovolo has made our quarantine stay so much better than we could have expected. They are so accommodating....Ovolo has so many creative activities to do with Zoom. The yoga mat in the room is a great touch too. Really pleased with our choice to stay at Ovolo. Thank you to all the lovely staff."

• We were told we don't have enough rooms... yet many of the hotels chosen are smaller in size than we are
• We were told our locations weren't optimal... yet some of the hotels are doors away from us
