I think khaki shorts should be a option to our uniforms because when it is hot out in the summer and doing summer school what would people rather wear and also most kids who are small and short have a hard time because they drag their pants because they are way to long and cant roll their pants up they just drag in the dirt and water when it is wet

Also, allow students of all genders to wear skorts. A genderfluid student who appears masculine is not allowed that option, while genderfluid students who appear feminine can wear the skort.

I do not go to Herron Hight School but I wish I did, I have many friends that complain about not being able to wear shorts! They should be able to!

I don't want to see guys wearing damn skorts at school, shorts are fine but if you are in high school you have no possibility of knowing that you are gay.

I completely support this. Any person, regardless of gender, should be allowed to wear a skort, and khaki shorts seem like a no-brainer to me.

Absolutely support this for all the reasons listed and more! Although we are no longer a Herron family, with a student in the school, as the parent of a child who wore shorts every single day of 4th grade and rode his bike and used public transportation while at Herron, the unifrom pants are too hot when school is in session in August!
