Add ICD10 Codes to UDS Table 6A: Selected Diangosis Report for Greenway Intergy
We are asking Greenway to ADD back the ability to report on ICD10 codes from the BILLING tables
Greenway Intergy recently release a new way of reporting the selected diagnosis for UDS Table 6A: Selected Diagnosis. This new method may EXCLUDE many visit and may result in lower counts.
Details: Greenway has started to report on Medcin findings that are entered using Encounter Note/Visit instead of looking at ICD10 codes in the billing tables. This new approach will miss visits where
- The provider uses OB Chart and not encounter note/visit note
- The provider enters a diagnosis in encounter note using free text
- The provider does NOT use encounter note/visit note

The other issue is that if the problem from the problem list is not carried to the assessment area, a medcin ID will not be generated. Therefore, even if a patient is hypertensive, if we do not address it that reporting year the report will not include them. In addition, improper mapping has occurred for examples like line 25 for contraceptive management (Case: 03529121).
Please , yes We need this two .
PLease talk to Henry Salas in Gonzales FQHC. Group there working to solve issues as well in this EHR

This change was a surprise to most all users. Our funding agency provides guidance on how best to capture data using ICD10 codes. This should have been better communicated. I support the petition.
