Amazon Flex Drivers, Prime and AMZL deliveries.

Lets come together to enlighten the Flex team that they should add a voluntary tip system for customers to fill in if necessary.

When they took tips away from PRIME deliveries recently i feel its something we should push for.

This makes it harder for us to do extra long deliveries with the routes that are not optimised for the hour of pay that we get at PRIME.

If its a bad route I spend roughly £5-10 out of my £26 as they make you do some insane miles sometimes.

Tips offset and added up to a nice sum of covering motor insurance and petrol for us drivers at Flex.

Also adding a tip system for AMZL packages.

Having a 0.25p 0.50p 0.75p and £1 options for AMZL deliveries

This will add up if doing multi drop deliveries with AMZLogistic blocks.

Having a similar structure to PRIME deliveries too.

I feel something like this would add an incentive to the drivers and make them more efficient in terms of adding to Amazons company ethos of customer satisfaction as a priority, and striving to ensure all packages have been made at maximum effort to be delivered.

It has no affect on amazon at all as these customers will tip if they feel they want too, no skin off the companies teeth really, but it will be there for a potential extra source of addition to your wages.
