22 kids in a kindergarten room is way too many. they need individual attention at that age and the teacher cant give it to them if the room is packed like a sardine can.

An erroneous memo from the superintendent???? Seems to me that the numbers posted above are more in line with what a Kindergarten should look like. Erroneous only cracks the surface!!
