Add A Closer safer bus stop

Please keep our kids safe.

I lived on the corner of limestone and 72 a couple years back and had the same issue and it was never resolved. Same two options was provided to me that was given to the petitioner. This SAME problem on this SAME corner was brought to their attention 7 years ago.

This is really a sad situation for little children! I hope that you will think of the safety for them!

Our children need to be safe

I live on the same street, however it is considered HIGHWAY 72. The spied limit in front of my house is 55 mph. Within 6 houses in a row three of those houses the bus picks up children to greeneview schools ( mine being one of them) , one of the houses it stops for doesn't even ride the bus, he gets driven by a family member, but the bus stops every day anyway. This is crazy! Take that one stop the bus makes for one child that doesn't ride it and use it for Sherrie and all of the children that need it!

I agree with this petition

A closer stop is a ton safer! Move the darn stop! That's an awful long walk for little ones to make in 15 minutes. And considering the existing stop, there may as well not be one since it is so close to the school. Move the stop closer. Much much safer!

What's an extra stop..... Do the right thing and pick those kids up!!!

Definitely not safe and so far for elementary kids to walk.

Please make a closer, safer bus stop for these small children.

That is pretty far and the way the world is now no way would a little 5 year old walk there on my watch , I think of cold snowy mornings .

Please do something about this my great grand babies have to go to this unsafe bus stop Fix it now not after something bad happens

If this were your child you would want them to be safe while waiting for a bus.

My two nieces and nephew are part of this group. Please consider the safety of these children and add a stop. All buses go right by there so the district wouldn't be out any money. Don't understand why it's even an issue when it comes to the safety of those children.

Please find a closer location for the bus to pick up children. The current location is unacceptable. My children go to the babysitters here and are both under the age of 2. Please consider what you asking of Sherrie. If one of my children were to get hit by a car because they had to walk down to a bus stop I would be furious.

What's more important ? Other cars stopping for 20 seconds or kids being in danger ??
