The RAIRC membership currently is allotted 390 characters in the general remarks field of Matrix for residential listings. We, the REALTORS® using this product, want more space available to describe our homes for sale.

We absolutely need to have more Characters to help with exposure of our clients properties.

More character's would be nice. Just to throw it in I also would like to suggest actual sqft. as a required input, and delete approx range - it would save space and all of the websites it feeds would be more accurate. (Broker Sites, agent sites, realtor.com, zillow)

It is difficult to abbreviate so many words when trying to describe even a basic property, let alone one with exceptional features. I have never used less than all the characters allowed. And I second the square footage field request. The range is just too broad.
