I've had the pleasure of working with Adam for over four years in two separate departments. His work ethic and friendly approach to his job are second to none. Being new to the Table Games department Adam has been extremely welcoming and helpful to myself and others with issues that we've encountered as we learn our new position. He is a huge asset to the Hard Rock family and our team wouldn't be as strong without him!

As an X Card player I value what dealers take pride in their job and offer me great customer service when I come in to play. Adam is one my favorites! He always has a fun positive attitude! I look for him when I come in to play. I spend lots of money in this casino and not every dealer is a pleasure. I highly recommend adding Adam back to the team for he represents the true Hard Rock experience!
