It is a massive shame that this site has remained undeveloped for so long something should be done and done now!

It is a disgrace that the site owners have been able to continue blighting the town with their lack of action with this site for so long. If they do not wish to redevelop the site in the very very near future, I think, they should be compelled to sell to buyers who will!

Time is right to build on the White Elephant that the Cinema site has become. It is a blot on the landscape when tourists visit Tunbridge Wells. Action Now!!!

What a waste of a prime position in the town centre, how has the council allowed the owners to let this drag on for so long?

The Bellhouse & Joseph Developers have owned the site w.e.f.Aug 2011with no action. The T.Wells Council should offer to purchase from them and proceed unilaterally ! Thanks.

Please tear that eyesore of a building down now even if it becomes a carpark until you decide what to do with it. make sure you put down plenty of rat poison before you touch it though!!
