I would support legislation to amend the Pennsylvania Juvenile Act to end the automatic transfer of youth under 18 to adult court.

kids make mistakes but they shouldnt be locked up with hardened criminals for life. give them a chance to grow up first.

THIS IS JUST WRONG. A CHILD BRAIN ISNT FULLY FORMED YET. STOP TREATING TEENS LIKE THEY ARE ADULTS IN THE SYSTEM.
